    ACTUALLY you have this all wrong. Struggling for material doesn't mean you should make things up. She is Sierra Leonean and lives in the DMV - meaning the DC area and is not Kenyan nor in Kenya. You can see and learn a lot about here on www.becauseiamfabulous.com - you're welcome :)

    Thank you very much for that comment and correction. It is much appreciated..
    As Vakwetu we try and promote african fashion and its fashionistas across the world..And as the fashion editor it is my job to make sure that quality and relevant information and posts are updated everyday. when mistakes like these are made it is my duty to correct them and I thank you again for this correction.

    To make sure that all of africa is covered fashion wise, i use different sources, meaning different people in other countries that send me pictures and info of fabulous people they see around, as i can not be in all these countries at the same time. :). this post i had gotten from one of them and I do normally crosscheck to make sure the information is correct. unfortunately this time, against my better judgement I overlooked it and this was the end result.
    I assure you that no infomation was simply plucked out of the air by anyone here at the Vakwetu team but that does not excuse such negligence.

    The wrong info will be removed immediately. Thank you once again for this correction and I do hope that you keep reading and supporting Vakwetu.
