All fashion eyes will be on Lagos today for day one of the ARISE Fashion Week. ARISE is Africa's first global style and and culture magazine published by THISDAY. Although not more than two years old it has attracted a wide following in Africa and the Diaspora. A line-up of fifty designers are scheduled to showcase their creations at the tents set up at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos including Bumni Koko, Christie Brown, Deola Sagoe, Xuly Bet, Tiffany Amber, Ituen Basi, Jewel by Lisa and Madam Wokie's Couture.
