Entries for the South African edition of ELLE Magazine 2014 ELLE Rising Star Design Award are open. The good news: This year entries are not limited to South Africa but are continent wide! That's right, ELLE in association with clothing retailer Mr Price are searching for Africa's most promising Fashion Designer. Previous winners include David Tlale, Anisa Mpungwe and most recently Nicholas Coutts. The 2014 ELLE Rising Star Design Award will be presented by African Fashion International at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Joburg , where finalists will showcase their designs.
